Last weekend a group of pastors from the Mexico City area came together as part of the “RECONEXION” training program.
The Reconexion training experience supports pastors with the tools used during their “Incubator” training in the context of their present ministry challenges (for more on Re-Conexion and the Incubator click HERE). Renewing connections with other pastors and Incubator trainers and exchanging information to help others is key to the program’s success.
The experience is designed as a “camp out” in a dedicated space in Mexico City. From this strategic location church planters and their teams, faced with the unique challenges of building a church, unpack the strategic steps needed to accelerate their project’s growth.
